Our Story
Sansa Kanoon Pranali Partners is a firm of advocates and consultants in Bengaluru. We advise Indian and foreign businesses on corporate and commercial law, regulatory compliance, contracts, data protection, employment, property and dispute resolution, and we appear before courts, tribunals and regulatory authorities.
Most of what we are asked to do sits in one of three places. A regulator has asked something and there is a period to answer in. Something is being built, bought or sold and needs to be documented. Something has gone wrong and needs to be resolved and recorded. The practice is organised around those three, and a single matter often moves through all of them.
We also publish. Sansa Law Desk now runs to more than fourteen hundred articles on Indian law, written by the same people who do the work.

Works on mergers and acquisitions, litigation management, real estate, regulatory compliance, media and entertainment law and employment law, and on business expansions, brand partnerships and compliance programmes. Co-founder of the firm.
Kaustav Chowdhury
Fifteen years across corporate advisory and regulatory compliance. Previously with Lexplosion Solutions, Ernst and Young, Amazon and Reliance Retail. Works on drafting and interpretation, advisory, compliance, business structuring, white collar matters, corporate governance, regulatory advisory and litigation. Co-founder of the firm. Away from practice, a motorcyclist, hiker, artist, musician and footballer.

Fifteen years of real estate strategy, litigation and transaction management across retail, automotive and real estate. Works on land acquisition, commercial leasing, title diligence and RERA.
