Trainings
Several Indian statutes require training as a matter of law rather than good practice, and an untrained Internal Committee or an unbriefed manager is where most compliance failures begin. We deliver sessions built around who is in the room, not around the statute alone.
WHAT WE DO
• POSH awareness for employees, and separate modules for managers and supervisors
• Internal Committee capacity building, inquiry conduct and record keeping
• DPDP Act readiness for business, HR and technology teams
• Consent architecture, notices and data principal request handling
• Anti bribery, gifts and conflicts for commercial and procurement teams
• Insider trading and UPSI handling for listed group companies
• Competition law compliance and dawn raid readiness
• Contract fundamentals for sales, procurement and delivery teams
• Board and director duties under the Companies Act
• Induction and annual refresher programmes with assessment
