Contract Review
Most mid sized businesses do not have a contracts team, so agreements are reviewed by whoever is free or signed without review at all. We run contract review as a defined process with an agreed playbook, tiered turnaround and a clear escalation line, so routine paper moves quickly and the genuinely risky items reach a lawyer.
WHAT WE DO
• Structured intake capturing agreement type, counterparty, value and urgency
• Risk triage into high, medium and low tiers
• Playbook development setting accepted, escalated and rejected positions
• Clause level review and marked up redlines
• Cover note summarising material deviations and commercial impact
• Escalation on value, regulatory exposure or strategic significance
• Negotiation support with counterparty counsel
• Template and fallback library build
• Post signature obligation and renewal tracking
• Periodic reporting on volume, turnaround and deviation patterns
